New Science Early Career Academic Development Scheme

10 March 2017

The CMBE Early Career Academic Development Committee is launching the Science Early Career Academic Development Scheme, with the aim of providing support, mentoring and training for early career academic staff in the STEM Colleges (CMBE, CPMS and CECS).  The Scheme builds on the success of the various events, programs and workshops initiated by the CMBE Early Career Academic Staff Development Committee over the past two years.

The scheme includes a Mentoring Program, a Preparation for Leadership Training Program, and a suite of other workshops and short courses designed to help and support early career academic staff.

We are still looking for mid-career and more senior staff willing to act as a mentor for a more junior colleague.  If you have any interest in participating please contact Julia Sharwood (Julia.Sharwood@anu.edu.au).
